Community-Minded Enterprises (CME) is searching for a dynamic Recovery Services Manager to lead our transformative recovery programs in the Tri-Cities. Reporting to the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of recovery services in Pasco and beyond.

Based at our CME Pasco facility, you will spearhead the launch of the Recovery Caf, manage the Foundational Community Support program, and oversee Peer Support Services, all while driving innovation and collaboration to create a thriving recovery network.

What Youll Do:

• Launch and Lead the Recovery Caf: Build a safe, drug-free space offering nutritious meals, peer support, educational opportunities, and social connection for individuals in recovery.
• Expand Foundational Community Support: Help participants achieve stability through housing and employment services.
• Oversee Peer Support Services: Ensure trained specialists provide meaningful guidance to individuals navigating their recovery journey.
• Shape Community Impact: Collaborate on program development, foster relationships with local organizations, and actively participate in outreach efforts.
• Inspire and Supervise: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
• Drive Program Success: Manage data, ensure compliance, and contribute to funding through grant writing and fundraising efforts.

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role within recovery services or behavioral health.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Expertise in recovery support, including peer services, housing, and employment assistance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, build partnerships, and develop community-focused programs.
  • Experience in grant writing and fundraising is a plus.
• Other Requirements:
  • Current drivers license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass Washington State and Federal background checks.
  • A commitment to CMEs mission and values.
