Job Description: Assume responsibility for oversight and monitoring of the Non-Secure Detention Facility, Juvenile Supported Case Management program, and Court-Ordered Supervised Visitation program. Supervises Management Teams. Assures proper care and treatment of youth. Communicates information to Court and Agency personnel. Assures required records are maintained. Utilizes supervision effectively. Implements Restorative Justice Practices. Maintains training and professional standards of the Agency and Division.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Criminal Justice or related field; minimum two years experience working with at-risk youth; Knowledge of Juvenile Justice System and Family/Criminal Court process. Crisis intervention skills; Conflict resolution skills; group leadership skills; team work skills; Supervisory skills; Record-keeping skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
