Quality Assurance Coordinator
Location- Niagara Falls
Job Type- Full Time
Job Summary- Community Missions has a Full Time Quality Assurance Coordinator position available. The position is responsible for assisting with the facilitation of the pre-employment process, the agency’s survey processes, the Relias Staff training system, investigating allegations of abuse/neglect and other reportable incidents, and auditing Medicaid documentation in the Office of Mental Health (OMH) licensed programs. The QA Coordinator works closely with Staff, Vice Presidents, and participants within the programs.
Key Responsibilities-
· Audit client records and treatment plans to ensure they are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Assist with implementing/tracking Utilization Review procedures. Attend Utilization Review Committee meetings as assigned
· Assist with investigation and monitoring/tracking of incidents and grievances as assigned. Attend the Incident Review Committee meetings
· Assist in conducting audits of Resident records and Personnel files
· Assist with the development of Staff in-service and training schedule based on assessment of staff need and regulatory requirements.
· Assist with the agency’s Satisfaction Survey processes for Staff, Participants, and Service Providers
Qualifications-
· Associate’s degree in a health service related field plus 2 years professional experience in the human services field
· Valid New York State Driver’s License with clean driving record
· First Aid/CPR trained (agency will provide)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,355.00 - $42,764.00 per year
