Position : Apartment Program Senior Residence Counselor

Program : Apartment Program
General Overview : Oversight of the cases of a team of Apartment Program Residents including budgeting, health management, and restorative service planning. Maintain and submit documentation for Medicaid billing for service.
Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Position requires a clean, valid NYS Driver's License.
Hours : Full Time
Salary Range : $38,355 - $42,764 annually
Grade Level : 4
