PROS Receptionist <
Position : PROS Receptionist
Divison : Mental Health Recovery Services
Program : Niagara Visions PROS
General Overview : Receive and handle program telephone calls, visitors, guests, etc. Manage participant sign-in on a daily basis and maintain accurate records of participant attendance for billing purposes. Perform typing, clerical work, statistics, records, inventories, and schedules. Coordinate appointments for Clinical staff. Ensure that participant charts are maintained in a secure and confidential manner.
Qualifications : Typing skills, operate office machines, familiarity with Word Processors, 2 years experience working with the public preferably in Behavioral Health, 1 year experience as a Receptionist. Knowledge of medical terminology.
Hours : Part-Time
Salary Range : $15.50 or higher, based on experience.
