Position : Recruitment Specialist
Divison : Central Services
Program : QA / HR
General Overview or Main Functions : This position is responsible for managing onboarding processes of new hires, conducting pre-screen interviews, attending job fairs and outreach tasks including presenting on job openings at local colleges. Duties include performing specific tasks that relate to recruitment and satisfaction in on the job training.
Qualifications : Associates Degree in related field; strong communication skills (verbal and written). Must have valid NYS Drivers License; occasional travel for job fairs or recruitment events required.
Hours : Full-Time
Salary Range : $35,500- $38,500, annually.
