We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash management and cash handling responsibilities.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to promote additional products and services to customers.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
- Implement fraud prevention detection measures to ensure the security of customer transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective relationship management practices.
- Perform basic math calculations to assist customers with financial inquiries or transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong cash handling skills with a keen attention to detail in cash management tasks.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention detection techniques is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
