What are the responsibilities and job description for the Centralized Real Estate Loan Order Specialist position at Community National Bank & Trust?
Position Summary:
The Order Specialist requests title work, appraisals, income verifications, and the ordering of flood determinations. They will initiate and maintain professional and courteous contact with Lenders, Loan Administrations, Title companies, and Appraisers. They will also be responsible for preparing debit modifications and extensions as they are submitted to the department.
Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain professional contact with the title companies, acquiring quotes to prepare and send accurate disclosures.
· Monitor and maintain their Encompass pipeline and their assigned transactions
· Responsible for timing and re-disclosing any documents deemed necessary according to the TRID calendar.
· Maintain communication with the Lender and Banking Center Loan Administrator throughout the application process
· Adhere to all Community National Bank & Trust standards, serving as an example to other team members as well as to our customers.
· Other duties assigned.

Skills & Abilities
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 1 year experience in a financial setting preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Able to quickly learn new software
