Duties
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and addressing their inquiries.
- Assist customers in products and services, promoting financial sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills, including basic math and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with customers.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of financial products is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
