Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits options.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records.
- Support performance management processes by coordinating evaluations and providing guidance to managers.
- Assist in change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to employee records and HR metrics.
- Collaborate on various HR projects to improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
- Utilize Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems for efficient recruitment management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
- Experience in benefits administration and understanding of HR policies.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Taleo is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance management practices and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
