Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, while also being able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily tasks on an as needed basis required to support: ACH, Balance Control, Debit Card Operations, Deposit Account Maintenance, Deposit Documentation, Research Returns, Wire Transfer.
- Responsible for ensuring continuity of daily processes and procedures for Deposit Operations by assisting team members as necessary.
- Perform various operational functions including the processing of incoming and outgoing wire transfers and processing ACH Origination transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsive to customer inquiries regarding transactions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding and ability to manage and prioritize all deposit operations functions and processes.
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting or exceeding the customer’s needs.
- Responsible for learning daily operational workflow and tasks to assist with bill pay, Zelle, transfer now, ATM, RDC, and any other operational processes and programs requested by management.
- Responsible for raising debit card limits and mobile deposit limits.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all teams and provide support as needed.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Uses experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Review NSF/Deficit Balance and Non-Post/Invalid Accounts.
- Offer Retail Online Support to customers and other coworkers.
General Responsibilties:

- Provide superior customer service by resolving problems efficiently and responding timely
- Identify and implement solutions to problems in general and urgent matters
- Actively seek to add and enhance knowledge regarding developments and current trends in the industry
- Seek counsel of supervisor on issues as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a team environment
- Flexible to accept additional assignments as requested by leadership
- Cross train for other positions to cover when necessary
- Professionalism while representing CNB (onsite, professional and community events and via communications)
- Participate and attend meetings as requested
- Recommend policies and procedures as it relates to area of responsibility
- Timely responses to inquiries for information to customers, staff and vendors
- Answer telephone calls and provide a prompt response
- Follow CNB’s policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned or requested by management
