Social Worker - Part-Time $3,000 Sign on Bonus
A Social Worker is a part of the interdisciplinary team of clinicians to evaluate patient’s levels of social and emotional functioning
Requirements:
- Licensed at the LICSW level by the Board of Registration in Social Work pursuant to G.L. Chapter 13, Section 80.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospice and Home Care
- Computer experience
- Requires ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver’s License
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Psychosocial assessment of strengths and weaknesses, including coping skills, support systems, and the need for community resources.
- Assessment of grief reactions and high-risk factors for complicated bereavement.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
