Summary
The After School Program Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education, for all children within the program?s care. The After School Site Supervisor is directly accountable for overall operational management in accordance with well-established guidelines, including curriculum development, staff and facilities management. Program is a 10 month contract(Sept-June).
Duties
� Hire and/or supervise and/or evaluate program staff.
� Develop general educational curriculum collaborate with staff to develop positive learning activities.
� Manage adherence to state and local regulations.
� Meet regularly with their Director and work closely with other program staff.
� Maintain communications with parents of current and prospective students through direct conversation, maintain and promote positive community relationships.
Requirements
� Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience.
� Professional experience in a school or comparable program.
� Strong oral and written communications skills.
� Ability to work well with others.
� A strong understanding of child development.
� Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
� CPR and First Aid certification.
� Must clear full background check.
� Must pass health screening.
