Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and packages to designated locations in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers or businesses
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Follow delivery schedules and routes
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Skills:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Experience with moving and handling various types of cargo
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Familiarity with operating tractor-trailers or vans
- Proficiency in using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation systems
- Experience with refrigerated trailers is a plus
