We extend unwavering support to our teaching staff, assisting them in navigating challenging parent interactions and standing by them at all times. Currently, we are actively seeking Lead VPK teachers. Our positions offer a schedule that includes holidays and non-VPK days off, with working hours spanning from 8:45am - 5:40pm for your first 90 days and then 8:30am - 4:30pm 2 days days a week and 8:45am - 5:40 pm for 3 days a week. In addition to competitive remuneration, we provide benefits such as paid vacation, and sick pay.

Duties
- Work in a team environment
- Be willing to contribute ideas, and creative thinking to lesson plans
- Supervise children in the classroom and outside
- Attend VPK meetings
- Challenge and support children according to their individual needs
- Keep accurate records for attendance
- Work in small groups
- Communicate with parents through app and in person
- Cleaning the closing classroom
