Community Options is looking for a highly motivated Employment Specialist for our rapidly growing team. This position offers room for considerable growth within the organization. As an Employment Specialist, you will help clients with career development and planning, financial literacy, and overcoming barriers that impede self-sufficiency. You will provide job coaching support and job shadowing, conduct vocational profile assessments, and assist clients with career exploration.

The salary for this position is $16-$18 an hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree and two (2) years of training and/or supervisory experience; or bachelor’s degree in a related field: education, human services, business administration, etc., in lieu of experience
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state will be required based on assigned job duties
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
- Completion of training as required by Community Options

- Proficient in the use of computers; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
