Community Options has a unique position open as a Program Coordinator Assistant (PCA) in the Residential Services department. This position works closely with our Program Supervisors and our Program Coordinators to assist with administrative tasks as well as working directly with our customers, assisting with daily functions to include appointments, transportation to appointments, completing benefits paperwork, etc.

The salary for this position is $17 - $20 an hour depending on experience (DOE).
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Experience working in a human service environment or direct experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Access to working mobile phone (iPhone/ Android)
- CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain successfully during new hire training period
- A valid drivers license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state and the ability to travel based on operational and clientele needs
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), drug screening, and ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
- Completion of training as required by Community Options
Must possess certain basic skills, including the ability to:
- Accurately observe and recall surroundings and events

- Experience with computers and related software including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Communicate information, concisely, and accurately
