What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional position at Community Options, Inc.?
New hires that are hired after July 1, 2024, are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus, distributed in two installments. The first $300 will be paid after 90 days of employment upon completion of required training and in-service requirements. The remaining $700 will be paid after 9 months of employment. All payments are subject to federal and state tax deductions. Employees must work full-time for at least one year with no disciplinary actions to retain the bonus. Early separation may result in repayment of the bonus from the final paycheck or other due compensation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Colorado driver's license and an an acceptable driving record.
- Acceptable criminal background check.
- Ability to successfully complete QMAP and First Aid/CPR within 90 days of hire (paid training).
