The Community Integration Counselor will work closely with case managers and other professionals to develop and implement programs tailored to the individual's needs. Key responsibilities include supporting individuals in developing life skills, encouraging independence, and establishing a support network within the community. Additionally, the counselor will ensure medical consultation forms are completed, administer medications, and coordinate leisure and volunteer opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations.
