The Role:
As the Behavior Analyst/BCBA you will be providing a range of behavior support services for adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities and individuals dually diagnosed MH/IDD. This includes assessments, evaluations, documentation, treatment planning, caregiver training and supervision of assigned staff. You will also be responsible for supervising behavior technicians, caregivers, and direct support staff on proper implementation of programs, behavior intervention plans, treatment plans and assisting in monitoring, data collection and analysis as well as reporting.

• Master’s Degree or PhD
• 2 years of experience in role
• Supervisory experience
• Current Board Certification as a BCBA
• Experience with adults and youth with IDD and MH/IDD dually diagnosed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
