The Role:
As the Clinical Behavioral Specialist, you are responsible for overseeing and managing clinical services in the clinical services programs, ensuring that these services are evidence-based, clinically effective, and focused on safety for clients at moderate risk levels. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing behavior support plans (BSPs) and personal safety guidelines (PSGs), providing training and support to staff, ensuring that services align with clinical best practices. The role also involves coordinating with external behavioral health providers and psychiatrists, maintaining client specialty services, and contributing to staff development through training on behavioral interventions. The Clinical Behavioral Specialist will also support post-incident reviews, oversee specialty services enrollment and attend relevant meeting and trainings

In this role, you are a dedicated and skilled professional with a strong background in clinical behavioral services. You bring a deep understanding of evidence-based practices and are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. With a collaborative mindset, you excel in working with teams and external partners to provide comprehensive care. You are a proactive problem-solver, capable of handling incident reviews, managing client specialty services, and continuously improving clinical practices through professional development. Passionate about client growth, personal development, and improving outcomes, you bring a thoughtful, results-driven approach to everything you do.
What we’re looking for:
• Master’s degree or bachelor's in Social Work or related field preferred
• License in MFT, CMHC, LICSW or BCBA preferred
• Ability to understand financial and accounting impacts of business decisions
• Ability to exercise independent judgment when needed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
