The Role:
The Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) will work in a residential environment providing services and support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and co-occurring Mental Illness. We are looking for staff with experience working with people who may have symptoms of mental illness, behavioral challenges, safety concerns, and possible health issues in addition to their intellectual disabilities.
What we’re looking for:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
