This position is set to begin on February 24th
This is a part-year position that runs from Aug-May with summer off
The Preschool Lead Teacher plans and implements learning experiences that advance the development of the whole child. Establishes and maintains a safe, healthy learning environment using high-quality learning experiences to advance the development of the whole child in partnership with families. Complies with all Head Start Performance Standards, Colorado Department of Human Services licensing requirements, and the Colorado Quality Standards for Early Childhood Care and Education Services. Implements a balance of group and individualized experiences to promote the development of school readiness skills as defined by CPCD's School Readiness Action Plan.
Lead Teacher Salary Scale :
Step 1 : AA Degree / ECE or related Field & DQ (Written Agreement to obtain a DQ if not held)
- 2,121.79 / per pay period
Step 2 : Bachelor's Degree in ECE or related Field and DQ (Written Agreement to obtain a DQ if not held)
