Community Podiatry Group, P.C., is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Medical Assistant. We are a growing specialty practice, and prospective employees will be joining a group of physicians who truly value their employees. We need an individual that wants to be a productive member of our team who conveys a positive attitude towards their work and co-workers. We seek someone who has the ability to effectively and efficiently work both independently, and as part of a team.
Our Medical Assistant are an integral part of our office and are relied upon to assist in delivering the very best in Patient Experience and care. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, has a positive attitude, flexible, ability to multi-task, hardworking, a team player. Good communication, grammar, and people skills a must. We need an individual that can handle stressful and fast paced environments maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. The position will involve learning a variety of clinical duties as well as cross-training in other administrative areas. Qualified individuals required to have educational training in a medical assistant program. Good typing, computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology a plus. Job duties will include medical assisting with patients, nail debridement assistance, preparing patients for examination or procedures, assisting the physicians, taking x-rays, front desk duties, and any other office duties the manager needs help with.
