The apartment community is 550 units. MARKET RATE GARDEN-STYLE APARTMENT COMMUNITY—
Qualifications / Requirements for this position included :
- 4 years of property management experience required over 500 units
- Leader of a large staff 10
- Resident Retention, work orders, tenant follow-up
- Exceptional Customer Service required
- Ability to grow occupancy
- Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
