A dynamic, full-time Maintenance Supervisor / Service Manager position is available at an outstanding apartment community just 20 minutes south of Cleveland, OH. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team! The apartment community ha s 500 units.
The position is a live on-site Opportunity with an apartment included in the salary. EPA CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Qualifications for this position include :
- 3 years experience in the maintenance field
- Multifamily housing experience preferred
- Overseeing a staff of 4 technicians / managerial skills required
- Make Ready
- Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
- Apartment Turns / Work orders
- Honest, loyal and reliable
