Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of maintenance experience - Hands-On EXPERIENCE
- Carpentry, Tile, and make-readies a must
- AC required
- Multifamily housing experience preferred - Apartments
- On-call share
- Appliance Repair, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Quality assurance programs
- Computer savvy helpful
- Honest, loyal, and reliable
