LIVE On-Site - No pets - Apartment included / On-call required
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years maintenance experience
- Heat/Cooling a must
- Multifamily housing experience preferred
- On-call share
- Appliance repairs, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Quality assurance programs
- Very computer savvy
- Honest, loyal and reliable
- HVAC Certified
- Live On-Site Included (NO PETS)
