Position Title: On-Site Community Manager
Position Description: As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the management and support of a large 55 community in Port Hueneme, CA.
Position Duties:
- The duties of the manager shall be:
•To maintain an administrative presence in the office for the purpose of assisting Licensee, shareholders, occupants, members of the Board and of Committees established by the Board, vendors contractors and others who visit the Property;
- To attend Board of Directors and Committee meetings, as needed, take minutes of Board of Director and Committee meetings, and to do regular site inspections.
•To provide owners and occupants with such information or copies of Governing Documents as they may need or require from time to time;
•To maintain a directory of residents both by name and by street;
•To maintain, post and maintain scheduling of events and functions through a monthly calendar of events and room reservation list for meetings scheduled for the clubhouse and other facilities;
•To direct the vendor services in meeting room’s setup and cleaning as needed;
•To keep current information posted on the bulletin boards;
•To provide clerical, filing or other services to the Board, or to any Committee established by the Board, as directed;
•To daily inspect the clubhouse facility and the adjoining property;
•To report any non-compliance with or violation of the Governing Documents or of any contact with a vendor or contractor;
•To answer the phone and respond to questions. To interview and meet with new licensees/residents and copy their information and to provide Rules and Regulations;
•To provide timely feed-back from contractors and inspectors;
•To maintain a monthly logs of activities; and
•To provide information to new residents (licensees/tenants).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
