Full-time, Maintenance Supervisor / Manager or Service Manager position available at an apartment community in Deerfield Beach, FL . We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance and attention to detail.

The Apartment Community is approximately 200 units. Two-bedroom apt and utilities included - free with the position. Bilingual Preferred.
Qualifications for this position include :
- 5 years of maintenance experience - Hands-On EXPERIENCE
- Carpentry, Tile, and make-readies a must
- AC required
- Multifamily housing experience preferred - Apartments
- On-call share
- Appliance Repair, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Quality assurance programs
- Computer savvy helpful
- Honest, loyal and reliable
