SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR
Community Psychiatric Institute, a leader in Behavioral Healthcare and Substance Abuse treatment in Essex County has both full-time and part-time openings for Case Manager / Substance Abuse Counselor in our Partial Care day program and evening Outpatient Substance Abuse Program. CADC or LCADC required.
Responsibilities include:
Providing group and individual counseling in our day and/or evening outpatient programs.
Performing timely medical records documentation
Working as a part of our Treatment Planning Team
Facilitates intake assessments
Provide direct case management services to actively enrolled clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years substance abuse experience
Experience with Co-occurring population
Must possess a CADC or LCADC
Experience with Co-occurring population
Must possess a CADC or LCADC
*Experience with NJSAMS a plus.
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour - CADC's ($41,600 to $52,000)
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour - LCADC's ($52,000 to $62,400)
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour - LCADC's ($52,000 to $62,400)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift - Flexible hours
- Day shift
- Additional evening hours available
- Monday to Friday - No Weekends
