Job Description:
As a PET/CT Technologist, you will join our dynamic cross-training environment where advancement opportunities abound. You will be part of a team that aligns all stakeholders – patients, providers, payors, and regulators – to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality nuclear medicine and/or positron emission tomography/computed tomography images on patients while providing excellent care.
- Assure proper dose of radionuclides are ordered for each patient.
- Explain test procedures and safety precautions to patients, guiding them through the process by talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures.
- Monitor patients' well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
- Demonstrate competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguard any on-site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and any legal requirements.
- Demonstrate respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
- Show responsiveness to the needs of others by exhibiting professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
- Demonstrate ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
Requirements:
- You must have current ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification with State Nuclear Medicine License.
- You must have a high school diploma or GED.
- You must have CPR/BLS certification.
- You must have venipuncture certification/permit.

- Shift: Mornings Shift Variations: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30 pm.
- Bonus/incentives: $7,500.00.
