Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager with expertise in Broward County School Board's Before and After School Child Care (BASCC) programs to oversee and manage the successful execution of key business initiatives related to Rites of Passage. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects within the BASCC program, aligning them with business goals, managing resources, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. The Program Manager will work closely with case managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to execute company strategies and drive results, all while ensuring compliance with funders and Broward County School Board’s BASCC requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage Rites of Passage Program, ensuring successful execution.
- Compliance with BASCC and Funders’ Requirements: Ensure that Rites of Passage Program follows their guidelines and regulatory changes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school officials, case managers, community partners, and funders. Communicate regularly about program progress, risks, compliance, and outcomes.
- Program Planning and Coordination: Develop and execute program plans for Rites of Passage projects, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned, within scope, and on budget.
- Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including staff, training, and materials, to ensure that all Rites of Passage initiatives are supported and properly executed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with the program’s execution, ensuring that the program complies with BASCC and funders’ regulations. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and maintain program integrity.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor the program’s budget to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. Track and report on progress against timelines, ensuring that all program components meet or exceed expected outcomes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, including schedules, status reports, risk assessments, compliance audits, and funding documentation. Report regularly to senior leadership, funders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with case managers, senior leadership, and other departments to ensure smooth program execution and compliance. Ensure that all teams are working together to meet program goals and funder expectations.
- Process Improvement: Regularly assess and improve the program processes and compliance measures to increase efficiency, maintain funder satisfaction, and ensure that the program continues to meet Broward County School Board’s BASCC standards.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications
- Experience:
o Minimum of 6 years of experience in program or project management, particularly in educational services, BASCC programs, or community-based initiatives.
o Strong knowledge of Broward County School Board’s BASCC program regulations, policies, and requirements.
o Proven experience in managing programs with multiple funding sources and ensuring compliance with funder regulations and reporting requirements.
- Skills:
o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and ensure deadlines and goals are met.
