  • 36 hr GWW Rotating shift days or nights
  • Contract length : 12 months

  • California RN License
  • BLS certification required for onboarding
  • ACLS certification required for onboarding
  • CHS Education Verification required for onboarding
  • CHS NIH Certification required for onboarding
  • TB Test required within 30 days of start
  • Health Statement required for onboarding
  • Driver's License / State ID required for onboarding
  • MMR immunization required for onboarding
  • Hepatitis B immunization required for onboarding
  • Varicella immunization required for onboarding
  • Tdap immunization required for onboarding
  • CHS Criminal Background Check Results required for onboarding
  • CHS OIG Search required for onboarding
  • CHS EPLS required for onboarding
  • CHS OFAC required for onboarding
