Job Details
Inpatient rehab experience
Minimum 32 hours / week (very possible to regularly get closer to 40 but need the minimum to be 32)
IRF experience preferred
Community Rehabilitation Hospital South is a state-of-the-art, 44-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness.
Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey.
We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Community Rehabilitation Hospital South strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
We are accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and our Stroke Specialty Program.
Job Requirements
Required Certifications : BLS
Years of Experience : 2 preferred
Must Have Skills / Experience : previous IRF experience highly preferred
Preferred Skillset / Experience : Adult IRF experience preferred. Not a good fit for if only has outpatient, schools, or acute care experience.
Schedule Information
Shift : Day
Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 30
Weekend Hours : 1-2 weekend days per month
Call Requirements : none
Unit Specific Information
First Day Instructions :
Scrub Color : Any color except navy blue
Time to Report : 8 am first day. Regular hours after that PT 8-430, OT 7-330
Who to ask for upon arrival : Angie Hill or Michelle McClelland. I will coordinate orientation details with them, so they know what to expect on day one.
Parking : Anywhere in parking lot, enter through main entrance, check in with receptionist and ask for Angie Hill
