- Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Technicians in providing patient care
- Assess patient needs and develop effective physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed
- Perform assessments and reassessments according to policy, ensuring accurate and timely QI scoring
- Identify and address patient pain interfering with optimal function or participation in rehabilitation
- Develop and update patient-specific plans of care for physical therapy
- Other duties as assigned
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
