As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your duties will include performing patient assessments, providing care in accordance with physician's orders, assessing the effectiveness of treatment, and modifying treatment to achieve goals.
You will also plan for patient discharge, communicate with patients, family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve rehabilitation goals, and participate in performance improvement and program development activities.
