About the Role
You will assume responsibility for patient care, working collaboratively with PTAs and therapy techs to achieve optimal outcomes. You will also orient staff and students, assuming supervisor duties in their absence as needed.
Patient Care
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary to meet patient goals.
- Perform accurate and timely QI scoring, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Develop and update patient-specific plans of care, prioritizing individual needs.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
- Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
