Job Description
The Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing direct support to clients, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. This role requires a compassionate approach, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individual plans of care, tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Monitor client progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Administer medication to clients, adhere to agency policy, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, reporting any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience in human services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
