About the Role
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position that requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You will be responsible for supervising and transporting clients during assigned hours, supporting and teaching clients new skills, acting as a positive role model, and administering medications.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients' goals and objectives
* Provide individualized support and care to clients, including supervision and transportation during assigned hours
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and supports
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
* Ability to pass required certifications in the allotted time set forth by the agency
