- Social Justice Services: Supporting individuals leaving incarceration through residential and non-residential programs.
- Community Strategies: Providing specialized services for adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities, including Day Programs and Shared Living arrangements.
- Behavioral Health: Offering client-centered interventions and support services to empower individuals, families, and communities.
- The Crime and Justice Institute: Working to improve public safety and the delivery of justice through technical assistance, research, and other services.
Job Summary
This is a Part-Time, 24-30 hrs/week position as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) working in Marlborough, NH. You will provide transportation and support to clients, teach new skills, and act as a positive role model.
Responsibilities
- Transport clients to medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips using a collapsible wheelchair.
- Support and teach clients new skills, including those outlined in their Individual Service Plan.
- Act as a positive role model to support clients in achieving the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
