About the Job
This part-time position will be working in our Templeton, MA location. As a Residential Counselor, you will support individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities through specialized services that include Day Programs, Shared Living arrangements with providers, as well as over forty community-based group homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
- Providing transportation to medical appointments, job interviews, and other activities.
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and personal hygiene.
