CRJ wants you to join our growing team of Talent Management Specialists! This is a full-time, 40hrs/week, exempt position. This is a hybrid position that requires some travel to CRJ locations in MA, RI, CT, NH, and NY. This benefit-eligible position has a flexible Monday-Friday schedule.

Essential Duties:
- Responsible for recruitment process which includes job posting, screening, presenting candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, candidate and requisition management in applicant tracking system.
- Attend hiring events.
- Responsible for internal transfer and promotions.
- Prepare for and facilitate weekly recruitment meetings with hiring managers.
- Works collaboratively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Performing reference checks as needed.
- Follow-through and follow-up with hiring managers and candidates as needed.
- Support the Employee Experience Coordinator to ensure selected candidates complete pre-employment requirements prior to New Employee Orientation (NEO).
- Contributing to the development of strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent.
- Prepare reports to assist with data and metrics.
- Scheduled in person visits to programs to support hiring and retention efforts.
- Support the Employee Experience team to ensure new hires are supported and have the resources they need to be successful in their role.
- 1 years of recruitment experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources field preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Must be team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable
- Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Ability to inspire and motivate candidates about the mission and work of CRJ
- Experience establishing effective and collaborative working relationships built on trust
- Dayforce and/or other applicant tracking system (ATS) experience a plus

- Behavioral Health (BH) has worked to break cycles of violence, crime, and incarceration by providing client-centered interventions and support services to empower and strengthen individuals, families, and communities. BH provides domestic violence treatment and education, community reentry services, mentoring programs, and intensive outpatient programs.
- The Crime and Justice Institute (CJI) is a non-profit organization working at the local, state, and national level to improve public safety and the delivery of justice. CJI provides technical assistance, research, and other services to improve outcomes in policing, the corrections system, pre-trial, re-entry, community supervision, and juvenile justice.
