We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team of professionals.

The Maintenance Tech reports directly to the Director of Maintenance. Responsible for the inspection of various group homes and perform any basic repairs, which include minor plumbing, electrical work and repairs on a regular basis. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Perform quality repairs such as painting, fixing, sweeping, residence.
- Perform upkeep on electrical, heating and air condition equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years prior experience in plumbing or electrical work
- Skilled in the use of hand power tools
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, hoists, drills, etc.,
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
Salary : $50,000
