Community School of Naples (CSN), an independent college preparatory school, is currently seeking a collaborative, talented and engaging After-School Program Assistant to start on August 6, 2025.
After-school Program Assistants play a crucial role in supporting students and faculty in after-school programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment outside regular school hours. The program is offered to all CSN Lower School students. The program will operate Monday- Friday from 3 : 15 pm until 5 pm.
CSN is one of the top independent, non-sectarian day schools in Florida and maintains a PK-12 school enrollment of 1000 students. CSN students are consistently top-ranked when compared to all other Southwest Florida high schools when it comes to test scores, extracurricular activities, and college acceptances. CSN is accredited by the Florida Council of Independent Schools and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Assist in executing activities : Help implement various after-school activities.
- Monitor students : Ensure a safe and positive environment.
- Provide academic support : Offer homework assistance as applicable.
- Engage in recreational activities : Participate in and supervise games, sports, arts, and crafts.
- Maintain facilities : Keep the school environment clean and organized.
- Supervise meal / snack times : Oversee students during these times.
- Report issues : Inform the Program Coordinator of any concerns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

This appointment is for the 2025 / 2026 academic year starting with orientation on August 6, 2025, and is paid on an hourly basis. This part-time position is eligible for Aflac and Legal Shield offerings at the group rate, 403(b) retirement program and some accrued paid time off. Depending on hours worked the position might qualify for a generous 403b match after one year. Summers are off without pay.
