Community School of Naples (CSN) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strength and Conditioning Coordinator to lead and enhance the athletic performance and physical development of our student-athletes in May 2025. This full-time position is integral to fostering a culture of excellence, wellness, and safety within our athletic programs.
CSN is a premier independent, college preparatory school located in Southwest Florida. It is one of the top independent, non-sectarian day schools in Florida and maintains a PK-12 school enrollment of over 1000 students. Offering a comprehensive athletic program for students in middle and upper school, CSN is a member of the Florida High School Athletic Association and the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee year-round strength and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of athletes across multiple sports.
- Collaborate with coaches, athletic trainers, and medical professionals to develop individualized plans that optimize performance and minimize injury risk.
- Instruct and supervise athletes in proper lifting techniques, conditioning drills, and injury prevention strategies.
- Manage and maintain the strength and conditioning facility, ensuring equipment is safe, clean, and functional.
- Educate students and coaches on topics related to nutrition, recovery, and overall wellness including formal classroom instruction to Upper School students.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive training environment.
- Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in sports performance and conditioning.

The appointment is for a full-time, year-round position paid on a salary basis, commensurate with experience and other qualifications.
