LOCATION: Louisville, GA (Jefferson County)

Job Description/Duties

• Check vehicles daily (every morning) and do assigned paperwork.
• Notify supervisor of issues with vehicles.
• Transport individuals safely by approved procedure as scheduled.
• Supervise individuals in all aspects of service as assigned.
• Write Therapy notes daily and make sure the frequency of services is met.
• Therapy notes are daily with minimal errors.
• Report any incidents to your supervisor immediately.
• Assist with feeding and changings of individuals as assigned.
• Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
• Follow duty list according to schedule.
• Document education/goals in Therap.

Requirements/Preferences:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid GA Driver's License, preferably someone 21 years of age to drive company vehicles.
  
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Basic Computer Skills
