Location: Swainsboro, GA, at Braswell House (in Person)
Job Description/Duties:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Braswell house; oversee work units, program requirements, staffing, work related problems, interviews, and job performance.
- Make sure all required HCFR standards are completed prior to admission to the Braswell House.
- Ensure all labs are completed and doctor appointments are scheduled within 72 hours.
- Ensure the completion of groups, individuals, treatment plan updates and reviews, assessment updates, progress notes and discharge/transfer summaries are completed and in compliance with standards. (A minimum of 5 hours of clinical services per client)
- Provide on the job training as needed, ensure Relias training compliance and adhere to supervision requirements set forth by the clinical supervisor.
- Conduct staff meetings.
- Complete authorizations and bed verification forms.
- Facilitate and coordinate referrals/transfers between the Braswell House and other service providers.
- Monitor service guidelines and federal probation guidelines to ensure compliance with their billing and expectations.
- Ensure staff coverage is provided, minimum of one per shift and that employees are assigned based on workload, staff abilities, or relevant factors.
- Approve/disapprove leave according to policy.
- Document staff interactions when discussing duties, tasks, problems or changes to program.
- Ensure supplies are ordered as needed.
Please note that this position may require the Program Manager to fill in for vacant positions to ensure continue day-to-day operational needs are met.

- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
- Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly
Here’s what would put you over the top:

Bachelors preferred/High school diploma GED and working towards
certification acceptable. -
Some experience working with substace abuse diagnosis preferred but
will train.
