Community Service Foundation is seeking a full-time counselor to work in Buxmont Academy's Feasterville, PA campus. As a Counselor, you will have the opportunity to provide empathetic support and guidance to help students navigate challenges and reach their full potential. Buxmont Academy and Community Service Foundation (CSF) are dedicated to providing education, counseling, and other services to help young people to grow and change through restorative practices. Buxmont Academy has 6 campuses in southeastern PA. Classes are small with a high teacher to student ratio, and our staff work together as a part of an educational and therapeutic team for each student.
The responsibilities of our counselors include but are not limited to:
- Promoting positive school culture;
- Conducting behavioral interventions;
- Facilitating circles and groups; and
- Managing regulatory paperwork and reports.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. There are no evening or weekend hours.

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, or a human services-related field, as well as behavioral support experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Talent in working with secondary school-aged students and ability to adapt to their developmental status.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in high stress situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The capacity to work effectively both independently and with a team.
- Experience in restorative practices is a plus.
