Location: Community Services Foundation (CSF) Community Centers
Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM or 2 PM – 6PM Monday - Friday. Coverage hours are not guaranteed; you will be contacted as needed.

Qualifications
Community Services Foundation (CSF) provides the training and oversight of programs and services offered in managed housing community centers throughout the metropolitan Washington DC area. CSF coordinates partnerships that provide programs and services that have been identified by the owner and residents. CSF youth programs offer afterschool and summer enrichment activities that include homework assistance; STEAM (science technology, engineering, arts and math) tutoring, digital literacy character education, health and wellness, journaling and public speaking, as well as services tailored to meet the needs of residents. CSF also offers adult programs that range from job readiness to social recreational activities. Community Services Foundation's (CSF) mission is to enhance the lives of residents living in managed communities by providing structured services, activities and programs for residents and the community. In support of its mission, CSF has established the following goals:

- Supervise children, youth, and elderly individuals effectively. Engage with participants of all ages, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Demonstrate respect and friendliness toward individuals from diverse backgrounds. Communicate effectively with parents and community members, including those who speak different languages.
- Ensure participants actively engage in CSF programs. Understand and implement program activities and objectives and conduct grade school assessments as required.
- Complete daily reports accurately. Oversee sign-in and sign-out procedures. Manage food distribution at the site, including grocery handouts.
- Redirect youth behavior in a constructive manner. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role, particularly with children and youth, is preferred. Experience working in diverse communities is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities. Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with individuals from various cultural and all backgrounds.
- Competency: Ability to read, write, and perform administrative tasks. Capable of understanding and implementing community center programs.
- Flexibility: Availability to work on an on-call basis with flexible hours. Must be adaptable and responsive to varying needs and schedules.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or training related to youth services or community work is a plus.
